New Functionality: Accelerate Order Tendering by Leveraging Tender History 

The  Quote RailPlus “Order Tender” screen is being enhanced on Saturday, October 7, 2017 with added benefits to accelerate the tendering process.
 
Based on the Origin & Destination City/State/Zip combination chosen on the Quote RailPlus “Get Quote” screen, a “Tender History List” of the Top 10 most frequently tendered loads will be displayed that match the quoted zip pair. The list will be patron-based, meaning users under the same patron will be able to view most frequently-tendered matching results.

Auto-populate fields on your most frequent tenders 

Once you choose one of your Top 10 most frequent tenders from the Tender History List, the following fields will auto-populate in the Order Tender screen: 

• BCO Name
• Shipper Name
• Shipper Address
• Consignee Name
• Consignee Address
• Shipper Primary Contact Name
• Shipper Primary Contact Phone Number
• Consignee Primary Contact Name
• Consignee Primary Contact Phone Number
